GUEST POLICY NOTICE AND QUESTIONS

Our cancellation policy is strict.

• Reservation Confirmation: To confirm reservations of two or more nights, a deposit of €56 is required.
• Balance Payment: The outstanding balance must be paid on the day of arrival via immediate bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: In the event of cancellation by the guest, non-payment of the balance by 6:00 a.m. on the day following the arrival date, or failure to arrive before said time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
• This reservation is Non-Refundable under any circumstances. Once payment has been made, the full rental agreement will be honored.

–Double Room (12 m²): Perfect for couples, it offers more space and comfort. In addition to the same amenities as the single rooms, it includes a portable air conditioner.

-All guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen 24/7 and share a bathroom. For your peace of mind, we have fire safety systems, smoke and gas detectors, and surveillance in the common areas (entrance, hallway, and kitchen).

Yes, you can make Colombian coffee, and it's free. We also provide sugar, salt, spices, olive oil for salads, vegetable oil for frying, pepper, garlic, vinegar, and filtered drinking water (reverse osmosis and activated carbon)

We definitely do not allow pets due to community/building regulations.

Common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and hallways are cleaned and disinfected daily, and this is included in the nightly rate. However, room cleaning, dishwashing, and leftover removal are not included. Guests are asked to help keep the common areas tidy.

No, there are no check-out restrictions. For check-in, you can arrive anytime after 2 PM. It's self check-in.

Our accommodation doesn't have private parking, but there's a public parking lot just 100 meters from our building, and plenty of street parking in the area. It's always easy to park, and it's a very safe and quiet area. There's also an underground paid parking garage very close by if you prefer.
